Free Dublin Walking Tours With Simon is run by Simon O'Connor, Dublin, Ireland. This page explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a tour, we collect the details you enter in the booking form: your name, email address, tour, date, time, group size, and optionally your phone number, where you're visiting from and any message.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and confirm your tour.
- To contact you about your booking, for example if plans change.
We don't sell your details or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Services we use
- Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Sheets) receives and stores booking requests.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel records visits and booking requests so we can measure how our adverts perform. If you decline, it isn't loaded.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts used on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for 12 months after your tour, then delete them.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email bookings@freedublincitywalkingtourswithsimon.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
